制作方法
1 切碎鸡肉和洋葱,放入平底锅翻炒。
2 炒熟洋葱后,放入盐,黑胡椒,咖喱粉,沥干酸奶90g,搅拌均匀。
32 中加入米饭,翻炒均匀后装盘,把剩余的沥干酸奶,核桃肉,葡萄干,罗勒叶装饰在顶端。
酸奶沥干水分的方法
在沥水篮内铺一块干净的厨房用面纱布或厨房用餐纸,将明治保加利亚式酸奶倒在毛巾上,放进冰箱,等待酸奶中的水分全部流出后即可使用。
小贴士:为缩短沥干时间,也可在酸奶上加盖一层毛巾,上面压上重物以帮助酸奶提高控水速度。
