柠檬汁 ···················································2小勺

芥末 ···················································1/2小勺

胡椒粉 ···················································少许

制作方法
1 大虾去头,经内脏处理后在盐水中煮2,3分钟。
2 剥壳切成小块后放在一边冷却待用。牛油果去外壳,去果核后切丁。撒上柠檬汁。
3 把*酱汁和大虾,牛油果搅拌均匀完成。

*酱汁:在酸奶中加入芥末,胡椒粉,盐搅拌而成。
