葡萄干 ···················································20g

制作方法
1 南瓜取出种子后,切2cm的丁、红薯切4cm的大小,使它4等分。
2 葡萄干在水中泡开。
3 南瓜,红薯放到耐热性调理碗里,用微波炉加热6分钟。
4 3 的温度冷却下来后,和 2 的泡开葡萄干倒料理碗里,放入沥干水分后的纯味不甜酸奶,盐,胡椒粉。混合后调整味道。
酸奶沥干水分的方法
在沥水篮内铺一块干净的厨房用面纱布或厨房用餐纸,将明治保加利亚式酸奶倒在毛巾上,放进冰箱,等待酸奶中的水分全部流出后即可使用。
小贴士:为缩短沥干时间,也可在酸奶上加盖一层毛巾,上面压上重物以帮助酸奶提高控水速度。
Tips
口感浓厚、像甜点一样的沙拉。可根据个人喜好将涂了黄油的干果和喜欢的蔬菜夹在一起,做成贝果三明治。
